After a few days away I came back, settled down with a cup of tea and a few biscuits and decided to catch up on a few of my fave blogs. I was reading through my list when I came across Tattooed Tea Lady's amazing giveaway. Now when I say amazing, I mean seriously, it is one of THE most generous giveaway I've EVER seen, the only other one I've seen as good and kind as this was Rebecca Lousie from Autumn Leaves!
I suggest that you all go take a look, and follow not only this blog, but also the weight loss blog she is involved in! It's so inspirational! Now, for a small, tiny blogger like me, I look up to blogs like Sophia's and I admire her, almost like an idol. I think she totally deserves her followers, and I honestly mean that. I know most people will only follow for a giveaway, but the quality of her writing is outstanding! She should be well over 1000 followers, and with fellow bloggers help maybe we can get her to 2000 very soon!
The giveaway itself has 29 products in, and in Sophia's own words, everything is brought by herself or an item from a beauty box which she didn't want. I think it's cute she then put 'I hope no one minds this'! As if anyone would mind! I think it's really nice she thinks of her followers to even think about doing that!
So, anyway, before I go 'creep' I'll leave it there, but be sure to check out her blogs! They really are amazing! :)

New Laptop - New Times - New News
Hello! I'm on a blogging role recently! Today was the day that for the first time ever that I brought an Impulse buy. By impulse I just decided I wanted it and got it, leaving myself, in my own words a few pennies short for the rest of the month, but you know what? I felt amazing doing it! I always seem to end up with no money and have no idea where it goes?! So at least this month I can say it was money well spent. A few months ago, my old lapytop friend decided he'd had enough and went to computer heaven and since then I've been sharing a Laptop with my sister. Now, as a blogger I found this frustrating as I wanted to blog as often as I could and what with her GCSE's coming up, it was only fair I let her have priority.
But...today I got some sad news that I had infact failed my driving test. I failed on the most stupidiest thing ever and I will forever be kicking myself for it. So to cheer myself up I went out on a whim and said to my boyfriend 'I want to go buy a laptop' so off we went! I was walking round shop after shop after shop and was about to give up. I was going to chicken out by saying I just couldn't afford it, but I'm glad I didn't. Have you ever felt like you're just so boring and never do anything exciting? Well today I did. I know it doesn't sound big, but to me it's one of THE most expensive thing's I've ever brought! The next step for me is my trip to London next week.
As someone requested I'll be doing PLUS sized outfit of the days soon. Yes Plus, I'm not a skinny girl, I wear sizes 14,16 and 18. Yes that's right. I've never been comfortable showing my 'fat' off but after seeing some amazing blogs I've decided to show off some more! If there are any outfit types you'd particualrly want to see leave me a comment :)
That's it for now I think, much love to you all!

A not so beauty post!
Helloo!
When I started this blog I always said id blog about what I enjoyed and what I wanted to talk about. So this post is a step away from the beauty side of things and is a bit more of what's going on in life. I've done a few of these and felt like it got a lot of my chest which we all need now and again!
Firsty I just wanted to say how saddened I was by the news this week, first off with Gary Barlow losing his daughter and then receiving abusive and can I say TASTELESS jokes through twitter from someone seeking fame! I'm not even going to name him as what he did was vile. I'm not a fan of take that but I wouldn't wish that on anyone!
The second was the discovery of missing school girl Tia sharps body. How sad to lose your life at such a young age! She was in the hands of someone she trusted! Lets hope her killer is brought to justice!
In other news as you may or may not know I have been going for a job in London! Im happy to say I received a call telling I had been successful in getting through to the next stage! I can't even describe how excited and happy I was! I literally got of the phone and jumped and hugged my boyfriend who can I say has been the most supportive boyfriend ever with this! They only thing I'm extremely nervous about is having to travel to London on my own :S but like I say I have to get use to it! Do any of you travel to London?
Also, and this is a rather long post, I have my driving test tomorrow! Nervous much! I'm not ashamed to say I think I'll fail but I still want to carry on! I just want to say people can male fun of you but at the end of the day you've given it a shot!
So I'll leave it there! Let me know if you can give me any commuter tips in London I'll be grateful! :) much love Emily.

Glitter Nails...First attempt! + Give away news!
Hello!
So after looking through some nail art blogs I got the urge to do some of my own! For those who follow me on twitter you'll know that I recently put myself on a spending ban, which is based on the fact I've got alot to save for! So when I went shopping with my mother, it was hard to not spend alot on make-up and varnishes ect. So opted for a few pots of glitter I found in the £1 store. Now, before you say it, I know it's not 'PC' however, It worked well! I've never tried anything like it before so for a first attempt I was proud!
As you can see I need practise! I went for a bluey theme for the Olympics! What do you think? Another one I would like to try is the Fish Egg nails! They look awesome too! As you can see I used an MUA Pink base and £1 glitter pots! So it didn't break the bank! Pretty awesome if you ask me!
Also, I've started my blog give away collection which will include MUA, Lush and Oh La Spa and should be up by the end of the month!
Much Love Emily.
Prairie Charms - Project Blogger
Hello Loves! Today's post a slightly different one. Last week I was messaged by Prairie Charms to become involved in a project they've put together called Project Blogger. The idea being that they offer a discount to bloggers to purchase a bracelet of your choice from their website which you can view HERE. I went for the
'Simple Things In Life Are Often The Best' which to me is a personal thing I've been going through recently so I thought it was quite fitting! Also, when I was younger me and my brother we're very poorly, him having bad lungs and athsma meaning he was in and out of hospital, so the fact that this company offers a donation of it's sales to Great Ormond Street hospital made it even closer to home! It's an excellent scheme and the bracelets are still an affordable price!
The delievery was quick and speedy, and came in a lovely wrapped package, with a pink ribbon. The packaging was almost too good to even open! My sister was speechless at how lovely it was! The bracelet itself I really wanted to test its durability. This is mostly because of my current job i'm lifting things quite a bit including heavy tills and i often catch my bracelets :( however, I was very impressed (and happy!) that the band is rather strong and can stand a bit of wear and tear.
Overall I would buy more from this store, the packaging was lovely, the delievery and payment process was quick, cheap and simple and the bracelets look good and are of a good quality for their price!

Blogger for iPhone!
Hello! Today's a bit of an out there post to be completely honest. It's just a little update on my life recently!
So first off I have to say I haven't been upto much! I've upped my hours at work because I have my driving test next week so am Saving for a car! Also on top of that the insurance is going to be mega! If anyone has any money saving tips or websites that I could use id be more than grateful!
Next I've just been for an interview in London about getting a very exciting job opportunity! It's the first step of many! I'm super excited and I'm just hoping for the best! I should hear back next week! It's not something that should be missed for me! I went with my boyfriend as I wasn't too sure where I was going exactly so we went together and did a spot of shopping (the SuperDrug and boots on the strand in London took my breath away!) and then into pizza hut for a spot of lunch. It was a perfect day!
Also, not so interestingly I've been suffering with the biggest toothache ever! Thankfully it held off for my interview! I've literally just come back from the dentist after a horrendous filling :(! But it should now (hopefully!) go away and I can be all smiley :)
I feel like I've been living in the dark ages but I've finally got round to downloading the blogger app for iPhone! I know I know I'm a poor blogger! But I can't believe I haven't used it before! Means I can now post when at my boyfriends, family and even at work now! So happy times for me!!
Lastly I received something lovely in the post yesterday! I will do a full blog post on it later on but briefly some of you may know about the project blogger project? I'll explain more later but I got my bracelet for this through the post and I'm in love with it!
So I know it's nothing much but that's my life at the moment! I hope to bring you good news next week and the week after! They say luck comes in threes right? Well here's my luck wanting to come out. New job, passing my exams and my driving test! Finders crossed!
Lots of love, Emily.
